Booking conditions
Deposit
The deposit is required for booking long periods and must be at least 30% of the amount of the stay to be made by credit card online, bank transfer or Satispay.Arrival
The arrival must be on the established day after 15:00.The balance will be paid in advance by credit card online or Satispay at the time of check-in online with the upload of documents to fulfill bureaucratic obligations. Once you have checked in online and paid, will be sent via email or WhatsApp the QR code to access the structure and the room so that the guest is totally independent on the time of arrival.
Departure
The room must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day established.Cancellation
The cancellation of the stay must be received at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise any deposit paid will be retained and can be used for another reservation subject to availability.Rules of Stay
The use of the room is allowed to people registered at the time of check-in. Any failure to comply will result in termination of the contract.Extra Costs
- Breakfast euro 10,00 per person
- Tourist tax: euro 0,50 per person per night up to 14 nights. Children up to 11 years old are exempt from payment.
